1. Photos posted on google are extremely deceptive. The rooms are nothing like the photos and there seems to be a serious cleanliness issue. The manager seems to be extremely arrogant about it and they really dont seem to care that they have posted deceptive and misleading photos on Google. 2. I had booked a 60 min therapy with steam separately. Session ended in 45 mins. Steam wasnt available apparently because of a motor issue. No water in the shower to take a bath post the session. At the time of payment they said we wont charge for steam- to which I said I wont pay for steam because I dint get the facility!! They asked for the entire amount for 60 mins and only when I protested, they agreed to reduce the amount because of the reduced session time. 3. No idea what oils and toiletries they use. Quality of products seem to be substandard and cheap. 4. Therapists are constantly chatting during the session. Its extremely annoying if you’re trying to just relax and disconnect. 5. Damp walls, unclean washrooms, stained towels- the place seems to have a serious upkeep issue. 6. I noticed that for all google reviews on their page which are negative, they seem to have a standard response that they could not find a booking under the reviewer’s name. Lets see what they say for this one because I have a copy of the invoice for my session.
