Our experience with this broker was extremely disappointing...
Our experience with this broker was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the beginning, there was constant pressure to close the deal quickly. We were rushed into making decisions without being given enough time to properly evaluate the property or documentation. Several assurances were given verbally regarding timelines, support, and post-deal assistance — but once the payment was made, the approach completely changed. The broker insisted on collecting the full payment in one go, creating urgency and fear of “losing the deal,” which in hindsight feels like a tactic rather than genuine guidance. After the transaction was completed, follow-up support was minimal, responses became delayed, and many of the earlier promises were either denied or ignored. Professionalism in real estate is built on transparency, patience, and trust — unfortunately, this experience lacked all three. We expected guidance and clarity, but instead felt pushed, misled, and unsupported after payment. I would strongly advise future buyers to take their time, verify everything independently, and not rely solely on verbal commitments & if possible never consult them. Proceed with caution.
