One of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences we have had. We hired this photographer for an indoor photoshoot during a very personal and important phase of our lives. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet reasonable expectations of transparency and professionalism. From the initial interaction, he appeared polite and reassuring, including using greetings such as “Om Sai Ram”. However, this did not translate into clear communication around pricing or deliverables. He was booked to click only a few photos, but significantly more photos were taken without clearly disclosing the applicable charges in advance. After the shoot, absurdly higher amount than expected was quoted for sharing the remaining photos. Had the pricing structure been clearly communicated beforehand, we would have limited the scope or opted for a different package. Post-shoot discussions focused largely on payment, with limited clarity or flexibility. Similar concerns are reflected in other Google reviews for this studio (Sadhna Photography). Based on our experience, we would advise others to exercise caution and ensure complete clarity on pricing and deliverables before booking, especially for important occasions.
