Poor Return Policy Experience at Noble Plus Pharmacy – Nulife Triple Safety Gloves I purchased a box of Nulife Triple Safety Gloves (cost: ₹990) from your store about a week ago. I only opened the box from the left side to check the gloves, but I haven't used any of them. I kept them exactly as they were since they weren't suitable for my needs. I contacted the store immediately, and the staff assured me I could return the unused box without a refund – that was fine with me. However, when I brought it back later, the person at the counter refused, saying "the box is open, so we cannot return it." I explained multiple times that the gloves inside were completely unused and untouched, but they still wouldn't accept it solely because the outer box was opened. This inconsistent policy and poor customer service left me frustrated.
