I am very delighted for having this type of SARVAH policy with Manipal Cigna. I am suffered from cardiac blocks which necessitated two stunts and one balloon. Overall experience is good and friendly nature. But in may case process of cashless claim approval took two days delay

People are lucky if they are getting all their query solved. Its very difficult to get the right information on phone or email. Response from email and customer care are very vague. When things are solved after things are solved on their pace, you will get a reply that the issue has been resolved. The policy holder is not able to get his own details correctly. They really need to work with their support team or their own support policy

Wonderful office of Manipal cigna healthcare this office is accessible ♿ through lift. Having neat and clean office customer service department is excellent. Staffs are very cooperative and friendly in nature..they offer you first drinking water on your arrival then they listen to your query and try to resolve ASAP. I had visited this office twice. My experience is awesome related with customer service. Having seperate clean washroom for ladies and gents separately and hygiene maintained

Just one request: Kindly process the claim in a shorter time period of 3 ~ 4 weeks, as my reimbursement claim took 5 months with way too many documents being asked repeatedly and not pertaining to my claim at all.
