Very disappointing experience. The laptop I purchased developed serious issues within a few days. Communication was poor, and I had to follow up multiple times before receiving assistance. A replacement laptop was provided, but my concerns regarding the battery information were never properly explained but on my experience no technival solution was provided . For such an expensive purchase, I expected much better transparency and customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store. If you value your money and peace of mind, consider exploring other options before purchasing here.

Fantastic experience. Had gone there to purchase a Dishwasher ( after visiting few other show rooms). We met Mr. Aniruddha - their Sales person who not only gave us the best price but was also explained the critical differences between various models which helped us make our purchase decision promptly. Having a knowledgeable Salesperson who is really knowledge about the products thoroughly is a rarity these days...so hata off to Aniruddha for the help.
