Very pathetic service. They treat people who come for reports collection and consultation very badly. The lady at the reception shouted when I asked for print out of the reports done to show it to the consultant doctor. Very mismanaged. I was not even ready to give a one star but for writing this review I had to give one star. Very immature and rude staff

Most 3rd class diagnostic centre in ghatkopar. Don't try anything from here. They only know money and they completed PHD on how to harrassing patient party after taking the money which is lumpsum not appropriate money against the market value. Very worst experience in my life.

Visited last week for my preoperative tests before my knee surgery. Got done 2d echo, USG sonography chest xray, ECG and many other blood tests. Got report instantly after tests were done. Staff and all doctors explained me the reports very well. They gave me a proper bill which helped me get my insurance claim as well. Doctor are also very experienced and honest. Staff is very polite and honest. Very good service and feedback. Will surely recommend. Initially was scared hut doctor and staff hanleddd me very well

Got USG Sonography and 2d echo done for my mother....

Got USG Sonography and 2d echo done for my mother. Radiologist explained me the report very well and staff also took good care of us while doctor was doing scan of other patients. We got the reports on the same day of doing the tests. Cardiologist who did our 2d echo was attached with good hospital and was very experienced and skilled. He explained my mom very nicely about the issues she's having in her heart due to old age. Clinic was very clean and tidy. Staff was cooperative and helpful. Also then took one portable xray with them. Conducted portable xray for myself. Got quick service and accurate reports. Xray technician came within 15 mins of me making the call and got reports within 30 mins. They had the latest machines and equipment due to which the entire process was seamless and smooth. Post x-ray they also made me have a word with a doctor who explained to me the problem and prescribed me some medicines as well. Xray technician also went and got medicines for me as I stay alone and there was no one to get medicines for me
