Whatever 4 star or 5 star reviews you see are probably paid reviews. The salesmen here have absolutely no manners, how to treat women and customers in general. The salesman we met were just trying to shut our mouths and were indirectly saying “take this and go away, don’t ask much questions”. The salesman even laughed, mocked, and tried to humiliate us to insult us. Long story…due to some mistake on their end, we wanted a refund, and we did get a refund (managed to get a refund after arguing, which is the good part). But, before giving the refund, the guy was acting over smart, and was saying that we cannot get a refund because it’s a current account. All reasons to avoid accountability and think that the person in front of you is stupid. It’s not the first shop we have ever attended. I hope the owner sees this and explains the men staff working here to learn to behave decently with a woman, and not to consider her less or dumb.
