I'm very grateful to Shreenath Hyundai and Mr. Deepak Koyri for their outstanding service. It has been nearly a decade and a half since we first came in contact and I have had a fantastic experience buying two cars from them (i20 in 2011 and Venue in 2019), now hopefully onto my third car from Shreenath. One great thing about Shreenath and their team is that they're extremely transparent about everything and they are patient with you when you are in the process of buying your car - wherein, sometimes you might change your mind about the variants or the model itself and they have multiple conversations with you to ensure that you are satisfied with what you are buying as they understand that buying a car is a big deal and its a product you will use every day for 5-10 years. They understand their customers' relationship with cars and give their honest suggestions about which variant is the most value for money. They're not always trying to sell you the most expensive variant. I am truly grateful to this wonderful dealership for always doing a wonderful job - not only with the sales but after sales service as well.
