Dear KTM India Customer Care Team, Today, I visited the workshop to purchase a replacement rearview mirror for my motorcycle. The workshop staff explicitly confirmed to me that they have the mirror in stock. However, they flatly refused to sell or issue the part to me, stating "We have it, but we won't give it to you."Denying a customer a critical safety component that is physically available in stock is a direct violation of KTM’s dealer guidelines. Long Waiting Times: Several customer reviews note that technicians can take a long time to diagnose faults or start working on bikes during peak weekend rush hour Multiple 1-star reviews express severe anger over the highly unprofessional attitude of workshop supervisors. Riders note that staff are uncooperative, dismissive of mechanical complaints, and show immense ego when confronted about poor work.
