Hello! This is Mrs. Walia, my daughter's wedding ceremony was in Shagun banquet hall. Everything was adequate and well put to together! The one arrangement that was poor was the flower shower which didn’t work well and the manager was also slightly rude when we conveyed this issue along with a few others. But when we spoke to the owner (Jimmie ji) after the marrige got over regarding this and told him that my daughter is upset, he was considerate and heard us while also explaining the technical issues which lead to the problems we faced. He also met us personally and organised a nice get-together dinner for my whole family where we were provided with very good service. He also assured his presence at any future event to not let any mismanagement or problems happen. The owner is a very humble man and I appreciate what he did for us, and because of this - I recommend every one to book this banquet for their all ceremonies!

Shagun doesn't deliver what they promise. The management at Shagun Hall was quite disappointing. The manager wasn’t very helpful, and the owner was often unavailable and unresponsive. What made it harder was that they don’t allow anything from outside, so you’re completely dependent on what they provide and unfortunately, even that didn’t deliver. It felt like everything was promised upfront and paid for in advance, but not followed through across multiple aspects. My wedding experience here fell short of what we had hoped for. Several things didn’t come through the flower shower machine didn’t work, and the stage sofa we were told would be new was torn and in poor condition. These were just two of many things that were missed, and on such an important day, it left us feeling genuinely let down. It left a really bad impression on what should have been one of the happiest days.

I had been to this place on 25th February 2026, they parked my car on the roadside, saying that they have valet parking. While parked on the roadside, someone dashed and badly damaged my car. Now they're telling all sorts of stories to overcome their mistakes. I don't think they have valet parking licence? Food quality is also average.

Very pathetic service by the owner.. promised something else and did something else.. We were told that the plates for dosas would be different than the dinner plate but this wasn't the case as they didn't provide separate plates for dosas.. due to this my plate count got increased (somewhat around 160) and over that the manager told me to pay within 10 minutes while my wedding rituals were going on.. Zero decency and honesty by them.. Would never suggest any one to book this for any event..
