Title: Disappointing experience regarding punctuality and commitment. Strongly recommend a demo class before paying. "I am writing this review to share my factual experience after enrolling in a 1-on-1 course (3 months) + Group course (1 year) package, costing ₹60,000. Unfortunately, the service delivered did not match the promises made during admission: Breach of agreed format: I paid specifically for '1-on-1' sessions. However, after some time, I was asked to merge with a group class, which defeats the purpose of the premium fee I paid. Punctuality Issues: There were consistent delays. On several occasions, the faculty was late or absent. In one specific instance, I waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time with no communication. Infrastructure: The classroom environment was uncomfortable due to ineffective air conditioning, and basic study materials/books were not provided even upon request to purchase. Refund Policy: When I raised these valid concerns regarding service deficiency and requested to discontinue the group portion, I was refused a refund based on company policy, despite the institute failing to uphold their end of the teaching schedule. Advice to future students: Before committing a large sum like I did, I highly recommend you insist on taking a demo class for at least a week to judge the consistency and infrastructure for yourself. Since the academy has admitted to not fulfilling the agreed 1-on-1 format and terms, I believe the most fair and professional resolution is a refund of the difference for the services not rendered.
