An excellent imaging center. This place not only has the best equipment but has something more - wonderful staff and a great team who go out of their way to ensure that the patient and the family member is looked after from the moment they register and even after the procedure is over. The attention to care and detail is their USP. It was truly so heart warming to receive a call a day later to inquire about the patient's wellbeing. In the modern day of technology, the human touch offered by this center is what makes the entire process worth it.

Excellent service.No nonsense. I went there for ct guided biopsy of lung .Pre biopsy scan showed lesion has healed.So Dr.Bhavin said biopsy is not required even though referring Doctor had advised biopsy.I very much appreciated his frank opinion. Narendra Tanna

I'm very disappointed this time with miss anjali, I have taken the appointment at morning slot 1 week prior but miss anjali change my appointment in the evening slot and I am coming from palghar it is very far away from my home it take 4 hours run to jhankariya but she did not listen to our request and talk very rudely on call and hang up the call, as this MRI is important to me I accept the evening appointment and my slot is 6:30 pm in the evening but they took me at 8:00 pm in MRI machine I waited for 2 hours for my turn this is really very unprofessional behaviour i have requested them pls take me in decided time I will be very late at night for home and next day i have an appointment of my blood transfusion but they just keep on apologise and excuses they did not take me in at dicided slot I reached my home at 2 am in the night and got in to s severe back pain this people are very unprofessional and rude with patient which is already suffering from thalassemia this is really not fare with us and i asked for written complaint and asked for Bhavin jhankariya offical email id too but they did not give to me and behave very unprofessionally I'm highly disappointed with the staffs they have no humanity towards patient,they are just money making people and very unprofessional, due there this behaviour i suffered a lot being patient I'm very upset because I'm patient and I'm in need you ppl will do this to me very very bad and unprofessional highly disappointed 😞
