We are Mumbai's oldest bookstore, founded by Pandit Nathuram Premi on 24 September 1912. We sell books in Sanskrit, Prakrit, Hindi, English and Gujarati. We specialise in Jainism, Vedic Studies, Philosophy, Spirituality, Yoga, Ayurveda, Hindi literature and Sanskrit literature, Sanskrit grammar, the Epics, and Children's Literature. This is the only place in Mumbai in my knowledge where you can get almost all publications on Prakrit languages. Mr. Modi has a wonderful collection, is himself an author and an avid reader. Besides Prakrit one may find many books on Jainism, Hinduism and Sanskrit anomg others.
