A very bad experience, staff is not good. For a private consultation we waited for 6 hours (Since they do not take appointments over the phone, we reached 3 hours before the doctor, and then had to wait more since the localites had already marked their appointment from the morning and walked in like VIP's after the doctor came and mind you these were the OPD Patients who were paying 200rs ) , and when finally we got a chance to meet THE DOCTOR it wasn't more than 2 mins, all he said to us was to admit the patient for like 1 month and pay 1.5lacs Rs, and just like that he made 3000 out of that stupid act of harassing patient called "PRIVATE CONSULTATION", He's just there to make money, nothing else.

Doctor Matchiswala is a fraud . how can a doctor suggest for a electric shock when he talk to u on phone for the first time . He treat patients by listening to family . Not listening to the patient . What kind of doctor he is . Wasted more than 200000 lac Indian rupees for the false treatment and 30000 USD from coming to US . This doctor specialized in fake shock treatment . This is what he makes his money on . Fraud , scam and don't listen or stick with his patient . Never go to this doctor . He will put in lacs of rupees of hole . Will treat for money and will not solve any problems . There should be strict action taken against this kind of doctor .

I have been always hearing a lot good things but what i experienced was just not expected. Staff was just not cooperating to admit my Uncle in such a serious stage & what they did was just bad. Well trained Doctors says 'PATIENT IS NOT WILLING'. Never ever thought that any Psychiatrist could do such thing & when i got angry all the staff was trying to prove me wrong. Doctor himself returned admission form to my Uncle who is their schizophrenic patient since more then 10 years saying it & didn't cooperate to take him to the ward & all were ready with their bags to go home. really heart breaking.....................................
