My go to place every time I'm in Mumbai for the best kesar kaju katli and high quality snacks and spices. Raman Vithal's produce have been a part of my family for 4 generations and their quality has not dropped in this time! They are an institution in good food.

Phone cut off abruptly while ordering. Subsequent tried calling numerous times to complete conversation, but not answering the phone. There’s no interest to do business or increase business in a very sophisticated area, hence should close down & allow more customer friendly / service orientation shops to continue.
