Very disappointing experience. The first delivery was completed properly, so I trusted them and paid for another order. I shared the payment screenshot multiple times, but they kept claiming they had not received the payment. Even after providing proof repeatedly, I received the same response. After a few days, they completely stopped replying to my messages. I called and texted many times, but there was no response. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes customers feel cheated. I would advise others to be cautious before making any advance payment.
