Very disappointed with this order. Almost all the kachoris were broken, as shown in the photo, and they did not taste fresh. The chutney also seemed stale and spoiled the overall experience. Kindly look into this issue

Highly disappointing experience. The samosas and farsan were average at best and do not justify the hype or premium pricing. What stood out more negatively was the owner’s rude and dismissive attitude. There is zero focus on customer service, which is unacceptable in a retail business. Customers are not doing you a favor by walking in—you are expected to treat them with basic respect and professionalism. It seems that the brand is riding on strong legacy rather than maintaining real standards. Inheriting a name is one thing, but sustaining it through quality and customer focus is another—and this place clearly falls short on both. Paying a premium only to be treated poorly is simply unacceptable. Not worth the visit unless there are serious improvements.
