Chitale Food is excellent. But the service at this shop is pathetic. I have always observed that whenever a customer has big order (cart full of products) the other lady runs away of the shop. I don’t know why… and then there is only one lady who is doing the billing work in a super slow mode. And they don’t even help customer to fill the bags. It is really commendable that Chitale has come up with such amazing products. But employees at their outlets are very bad. And especially here. They give us a feeling that it’s a hell a lot of work for them and that they are not willing to do anything. I feel owner of franchise should take a close attention to this or Else, it is going to definitely affect their business.
