It is very unfortunate to hear such biased comments from the food vendors. I agree that plastic bags are banned & we are equally concerned about the environment, however, there are other alternates to it. Most of the vendors have started using paper bags & you it’s high time that you guys too should shift to it. Most importantly the concern here is about the bad customer service and behavior by you guys. The way how Mr. Chintan narrated the incident it is quite evident that he was treated badly & why should any customer entertain should behavior. Speaking of refund that is always an option for because no customer is coming to your outlets to be treated that way. People reading this post should also refrain going to such places where they treat their customers this way
