Had a wonderful experience at Namma Idli! The taste is truly authentic, just like traditional South Indian flavors should be. The idlis and dosas are soft, fresh, and clearly made from perfectly fermented batter, which makes all the difference. What stood out the most was the freshness—the batter and chutneys feel homemade and prepared with great care. The chutneys are flavorful, well-balanced, and complement the idlis beautifully. Overall, a superb place for anyone craving genuine, freshly prepared South Indian food. Highly recommended!

I visited this cute place while I was craving for idli on a Sunday morning. I tried their thatte idli and crisp tuppa dosa. The taste was soo good and everything was fresh. The filter coffee was nice too. Kudos to the team for the yummy food and a great service!

I found the coffee with jaggery at Namma Idli House addicting. Terrific and invigorating aroma and taste. Hop, skip and jump away from my temp home in Kandivali, it became my go-to place for morning and afternoon coffee. Occasionally a delicious ghee-laden thatte idli snack too. But the icing on the cake was the invariably pleasant conversation with Vishesh and his aunt who were always accommodating in every request. This is a lovely home away from home. Can’t wait for my next Mumbai trip. Hopefully they would have expanded their drinks and food menu by then.
