We hired this photography team for our reception and pooja, and the experience was honestly very disappointing. While we did receive a few good shots, it was clear that most of the photographers were inexperienced. There were four of them, yet their coordination was extremely poor. At times, all of them would crowd around the bride and groom, completely ignoring the rest of the event, no guest coverage, no dining shots. Other times, none of them would be near the couple at all. I’ve never seen such lack of planning and management from a photography team. The quality of the final deliverables didn’t help either. The photos were poorly color graded, and the videos were shaky which makes sense because since I didn’t see them using any stabilizing equipment during the event. What made the situation worse was the response from the company’s “head.” When we raised these concerns, he dismissed them and blamed us for not choosing a more expensive package, implying that we brought this upon ourselves. That response was incredibly unprofessional and frankly upsetting. Overall, I would not recommend this team if you’re looking for reliable and well-managed wedding coverage. Edit after looking at the owner’s response: It’s incredibly unprofessional to shift blame onto customers by implying that paying less means they don’t deserve basic quality. That kind of attitude shows a complete lack of accountability and respect. Dismissing feedback instead of addressing legitimate concerns only makes things worse. Businesses should be able to accept criticism and use it to improve, not deflect it onto their customers. Shame on you!

We had a truly amazing and wonderful experience during our baby’s photoshoot. The entire session was beautifully managed and full of lovely moments that we will cherish forever. A special thanks to the photographers Prince and Jeet for their excellent coordination, creativity, and patience throughout the shoot. They made us feel very comfortable and ensured everything was perfect. All the staff members were extremely helpful, polite, and supportive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. We are absolutely happy with the stunning pictures and the beautiful memories created for our family. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable baby photoshoot experience.
