I purchased new real me C3 phone with 2 earphone 20 days ago by paying hard cash, Were I experienced very bad service. Earphone are not working properly I visited twice to shop to change the ear set . The cheapest service ever I have seen. Today I woke up and I saw my phone screen was totally black and was my third time I visited to shop to complain then he said will not exchange or refund the amount. I would personally suggest you not to buy new phone from this shop They fool to people by giving such a useless phone Thanks
