I visited the Borivali office for the first time, though I had been to Head office,Mahim,many times for booking tours. The place is well maintained and well connected. I happened to deal with the same girl Ms Gayatri who was in their main office Mahim.She listened to my needs answered all my questions with impressive product knowledge. Her professionalism and positive attitude impressed me very much. I thank her and Kesari team for my tour arrangements.

My mother and I recently had a dissapointing experience with their sales staff Ms Nutan at the Kesari office in Borivali. We had booked an Egypt tour with them. And chose to pay the full amount at once to avail a discount. Ms Nutan showed intrest and was behind us till we paid the money. After the money was paid she became unresponsive. We wanted to check with her if our booking was confirmed? Since a proper receipt for full payment was not provided by her. We called and WhatsApped her and waited for around 2 weeks. But no response. After 2 weeks of frustration my mother had to personally drop by their office to collect the full payment receipt and to check if our seats were booked. All of this could have been easily done over a call if she cared about proper customer service. The whole experience felt pathetic.
