I had purchased a chandelier from here. I was told that it would be delivered on the next day, but it didn't get delivered. I called the shop and they said that they forgot about it. It was delivered later in the night. The next day my electrician came and opened it and found that the chandelier was cracked from the inside which didn't show when the chandelier was delivered. I called the shop and told him about the defect, asking for a refund/exchange. He started arguing with me that the electrician broke it. I went to the shop to return it. The shop owner opened it and while opening the chandelier it cracked even more however he refused to accept it as a defective piece. Please do not go to this shop to buy any thing! There are other shops nearby which have a better collection and are more professional.
