Dont even deserve 1 star. Worst experience ever. The staff was extremely rude and clearly didn’t know how to treat customers properly. I ordered a regular fruit juice, but what I received was almost 50% water and completely tasteless. When I raised the concern politely, instead of accepting it or resolving the issue, they misbehaved and rudely said, “We serve it like this only.” Very disappointing service and quality.

I am very disappointed and upset with the experience I had at your outlet. I ordered a fresh fruit juice expecting proper hygiene, quality, and basic customer respect, but what I received was completely unacceptable. Firstly, the juice served to me was clearly water-based and diluted instead of being a genuine fresh fruit juice as advertised on your menu. Charging customers for “fresh juice” and then serving mixed, low-quality diluted juice is highly misleading and unethical. Customers pay for quality and transparency, not for adulterated drinks. Secondly, the hygiene standards were extremely poor. The overall condition and the way the juice was served raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Such unhygienic practices can directly affect customers’ health. What shocked me the most was the behaviour of your staff. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, they used rude and disrespectful words and showed absolutely no sense of how to treat customers. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in any service industry. A customer raising a genuine concern should never be treated disrespectfully. I strongly condemn: * Serving diluted/water-mixed juice while claiming it is fresh fruit juice * Poor hygiene standards * Misleading customers * Extremely rude and unprofessional staff behaviour * Lack of accountability and customer service This has been one of the worst experiences I have had, and I will never recommend anyone to visit your outlet. I am also considering filing an official consumer complaint against your outlet for misleading food practices and poor customer treatment. I expect immediate attention to this matter and a proper explanation regarding: 1. Why diluted juice was served under the name of fresh fruit juice 2. Why hygiene standards are being ignored 3.
