The experience was ok. Hygiene was maintained. But observed lack of rigor in operations and attention to details by staff. Not satisfied with diagnosis . Food served could be certainly better considering patients condition. However Dr. Waghela certainly has a pleasant disposition. Really appreciate his concern for patients and effort to put them at comfort.

Dear Doctors Team at Phoenix Hospital, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the entire team at *Phoenix Hospital Heart Care IC Colony & Chikuwadi* for the exceptional care and support extended to me and my family throughout my treatment journey, right from the angiography to the bypass surgery and post-operative recovery. Having been admitted to the hospital for 22 days and spending time in the ICCU on three separate occasions, I have experienced the dedication, pressure, and commitment of our doctors and healthcare professionals very closely. A very special thanks to my Cardiac Surgeon Dr. Ajay Pandey, whose calm, positive, and reassuring presence gave immense confidence to my family during a very difficult time. After the surgery, when he told my family, “The operation went off well and the heart will take its own rhythm,” it brought comfort, hope, and smiles to their faces. Those words will always stay with us. His patience in addressing every concern and the assurance he provided truly reflect not only his expertise as a cardiac surgeon but also his compassion as a doctor. Coming from Ayodhya, having served in Aurangabad, and now practicing in Mumbai, your journey reflects the incredible strength and excellence of India’s medical fraternity which is spread across boundaries. Hats off to you and your personal team of 8 doctors also for successfully completing such a complicated surgery in just three hours with remarkable skill and precision I would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Vivek Vaghela (Internal Medicine Specialist) for carefully managing my medicines and guiding me with the right support during the post-operative phase. His attentive care and support have been deeply appreciated. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Cardiologist Dr. Vaibhav Bhastana for his timely help, guidance, and support throughout the process. His prompt decisions and assistance played a very important role in ensuring smooth treatment and care. A special thanks to Dr. Jennifer Patekar, my physiotherapist, for her support, encouragement, and care throughout my recovery. Lastly, I would like to appreciate the ICU & ICCU RMO, nursing staff, support staff, and the entire cardiac care team at Phoenix Hospital for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Thank you once again for making my challenging journey much more manageable with your care and compassion. Throughout this journey, I tried to carry positivity wherever I could, from celebrating Sister Juhi’s birthday in the ICCU to interacting with the young doctors and speaking about the dignity and importance of the nursing profession.
