Very disappointed with this cake shop because now I don’t like cakes from anywhere else. Their cakes are always so soft and fresh that normal cakes feel boring. The staff is also too polite and quick, so there is nothing to complain about. Even the price feels worth it after tasting, which is bad for my pocket because I keep coming back again and again. Worst place for anyone who is trying to stop eating delicious cakes.

Very disappointing experience at the Vazira Naka branch. I had a bad experience with the staff at the cake shop located at Vazira Naka, near Anandibai Kale School. In particular, Mr. Gulahmanadl was busy on his phone and also occupied with cake packaging. When I tried to speak to him, his way of talking was very rude and unprofessional. He was not ready to listen to me and bluntly said, “I don’t have time to give you a cake, please you can go.” This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs serious attention from the management.
