Visited Pirates Cafe, Borivali West with family and unfortunately had one of the most disappointing café experiences in recent times. We ordered Coconut Cream Matcha, Special Thandai Ice Latte Signature, Cold Coffee Signature Tiramisu, Cold Coffee Café Mocha (Cold), Parmesan & Roasted Garlic Fries, along with other beverages. The drinks were average at best, while the fries were decent but nowhere close to compensating for the poor service experience. The biggest issue was the attitude of the management. We were initially seated in the open-air section and requested a table in the AC section. However, once our order had been placed, there was absolutely no effort from the owners to accommodate the request. It felt as though, after securing the order, customer comfort became irrelevant. The tables provided were also problematic. Two tables of different dimensions had been joined together, and both were continuously shaking because of uneven bases. Such basic maintenance issues reflect poorly on the attention given to customer experience. What made the visit even more frustrating was the serving sequence. We ordered multiple beverages and fries together, expecting a family coffee outing where everyone could enjoy their orders at the same time. Instead, every item arrived separately with gaps of around five minutes. By the time the last beverage arrived, the first few drinks had already been consumed. This completely defeated the purpose of visiting a café as a group. The staff appeared more focused on pleasing the owners than on delivering good customer service. Genuine hospitality was missing, and customer concerns were clearly not a priority. To add to the irony, a table in the AC section was finally offered only when the last beverage was being served. It came across as artificial courtesy and fake empathy rather than a sincere attempt to resolve the issue. Overall, an extremely bad experience. There are plenty of cafés that understand customer comfort, service quality, and hospitality far better than this place. My rating reflects the attitude of the owners towards customers. Looking at this review and rating, I expect the owners may respond with sympathy and explanations, but what customers need is better service and genuine concern, not post-review damage control.

Just had an amazing experience at this Hindustani cafe! 😊 The food was authentic and delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Sandhya, the waitress, was absolutely wonderful! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our order was spot on. Her warm smile and welcoming attitude made the whole dining experience truly special. Highly recommend this place

Great food, blissful ambience and wonderful service. This place is a cafe but they have a wide verity of food options. Macha is really nice and drinks options are also plenty. Food was delicious and have many choices. I liked their concept and appreciate what they are doing with Indian cuisine. Wibe and ambiance is really nice and photogenic. You will definately enjoy here. Might not get parking for 4 wheeler. Two wheeler also might not be available.
