Rude behaviour. Handed me over a TVS Jupiter with defective...
Rude behaviour. Handed me over a TVS Jupiter with defective part [Crankshaft]. I requested them twice to send it to company to replace it. However, they refused to acknowledge any crankshaft problem itself. I directly contacted the TVS headquarters who then assisted me in getting the crankshaft replaced through the authorized service centre. Conclusion - People without any Empathy, Without any Ethics and behavioural issues. Not recommended at all
