My review is completely based on the service these guys deliver...Dr Prabhu is one of the best doctors i have come across..perfect knowledge and knows the cure...but they have failed in hiring their staff at the reception or someone who takes appointments.. i have called them since 8am to 8:45am continously but nonone answered the call, and when a lady sarika picked up at 8:46 tells me all the appointments are full. i really didnt understand if someone doesnt answer the call for 45 min how can the appointment slot get full for 2 days.. On top of that, this lady sarika argues with and fights stating its my fault that i didnt call in time, and can go to his personal clinic in the evening. on asking her name she hanged up the phone .. Called her again and she was not ready to give her name and take the ownership of she being failed to deliver customer service. Sarika you need to understand what customer service is... I hope this review is been read by the required hospital management and take necessary action ( counsel ) this lady named sarika..coz she is surely under a wrong dept if she doesnt know how to converse with the patients.

This is wonder hospital as my father's life was saved by doctor.He was having pneumonia and doctor gave him correct medicine for recovery.
