No trained staff, thy do not have size 9, 10 and above and staff doesn't take interest in selling products.
As per website, this store is supposed to open at 10.30am....
As per website, this store is supposed to open at 10.30am. waited till 10.45am but the store was still closed. I checked with a couple of neighbouring stores who infirmed me that they open by 11. Finally at 11am it was opened. When I questioned the cashier (a young male with black shirt and jeans), he chose not to respond. Even his attitude, as though he is least interested to know anything at all about customer service. Absolutely no smile, no responses.... I have been a regular customer of BATA since times immemorial, but never experienced such service
