Bad experience with the sales person, people working there don’t have any idea about the jewellery when asked. Instead just couple of shops ahead there was MK ghare which is more professional than this Palkhi jewellers. Shop is operation just based on luck not on professionalism and trust. Will never recommend any one to go here.

Please avoid selling your old gold jewellery here. They deducted 0.25 grams as wastage and claimed the gold was KDM, even though purity testing showed it was 22 carat. They used the lower KDM rate, which is ₹1,500 less per gram than the market rate, and further reduced the price by 17% citing KDM deductions. Their confusing calculation slashed my gold’s value by nearly ₹50,000. I got the full market rate at another jeweller. Stop scamming customers. When you point this out to them they will increase the price but still won't match the market rate.
