There are much better places to go for a good cup of coffee at a reasonable price. The quality of their drinks has declined significantly, and the service is often slow and unenthusiastic.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a cappuccino, but the quality was really poor. The taste was not good and it didn’t feel like a proper cappuccino at all. The presentation and overall experience were also not satisfactory. Definitely needs improvement in quality and service. ☕😞

What an early morning experience here. One of their female staff can't even read its own menu, she charged me for a medium coffee when I wanted a large one and when I asked her to switch it and I will pay the remaining amount, she said it can't be done because the payment is made... literally an issue of 20rs here. And please make note that if you take Iced Coffee, you cannot get a lid.... according to the staff here.
