I have known Dr. Punmia for over 35 years, and he is truly an excellent doctor. While his treatments may be expensive, they are effective and beneficial if you adhere to his instructions. Skin-related issues are among the most prevalent problems, which can also be contagious; therefore, the medications are costly to prevent any fungal growth in your body. This is just one example, but I have been visiting this doctor since childhood when I accompanied my Aunt, who was his patient. Now, I go to him, and my husband has also utilized his treatments. Overall, I can confidently say that he is a good doctor. It is disheartening to see such negative reviews that lack justification. His reception staff is quite straightforward, as he is often very busy. Consequently, people tend to approach them repeatedly with the same questions, which may contribute to some individuals speaking ill of his receptions. He sees a high volume of dermatology patients on a typical day, and one must have faith in him before passing judgment or misinterpreting his actions. Very disappointing experience. My father was given the same heavy-dose medicine for almost two years with no improvement. Later he even developed a reaction due to such long, unnecessary medication. There was no proper monitoring or adjustment of treatment. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before starting medicines here.
