Worst experience i got out of deliver message on 14th Dec...
Worst experience i got out of deliver message on 14th Dec 2024 and from next day everyday i am getting updated on their app that eta is next day. No customer support team. No customer support number even they have one IVR call which just raise the query and cuts the call. I have already LOST one package in August no update on that as well. This time i will make sure I’ll file a complaint to customer court.

Pathetic service, package not recieved after 5 days even after getting it in the head office near to the location. No one answers the call on the numbers given over social sites... If someone does, they have no proper answer to the delivery date
