Most incompetent courier company I've used. A Bombay to Pune parcel took 7 days to reach after numerous calls by me to them and requests to locate the parcel (which was ultimately lying in their Pune office only). Please avoid them like the plague.

I had a very bad experience I did courier for the first time and I had sent for Jamnagar location but they don't have the transport facility to deliver to the location and I have already registered the complaint and if you can't have the facility then stop taking the courier service instead please close it. I have wasted my money time and everything.And I won't recommend to go to this place

You should be named Unprofessional Courier for giving excuse for not able to deliver a consignment on time. Despite providing 2 landmarks which is just 500-600 mtr away from your Santacruz West office, if you still put reason as "incomplete address", you dont know the area in your 1 km radius which is highly surprising for a courier company.
