Zero Star Unhelpful Experience I visited this lab center to inquire about test prices, but they refused to provide any information without a doctor’s name. I showed them a page with the test details written by the doctor (with the doctor’s name hidden), but the lab assistant insisted on seeing the doctor’s name before sharing any pricing information. This raises concerns about transparency. It felt like they might be adding doctor commission to the test prices, which is not acceptable. Patients should have the right to know test costs without unnecessary conditions. Disappointed with the lack of basic customer service.
