Post Sales Service is really pathetic. The quality of furnitures is very cheap. Had opted for a Sofa Cum Bed which broke within 4 months of normal regular use. Complained many times, they seemed to be least bothered. After much persuasion they gave the number of manufacturer. After speaking multiple times they still seemed to he unbothered. Finally had to get rid of the Sofa after 9 months as it was not at all functional and safe to use. Don’t fall for their trap if they are saying that its covered in warranty. They don’t care at all and wastage of our money.
