Worst ever service i have got from croma bhandup branch . ...
Worst ever service i have got from croma bhandup branch . Here i have purchased 3 products AC , Washing Machine & Refrigerator. Firstly they said we will deliver the product as per your preferable date and time however here when i was in office they asked me to come from office & take your product or else we will keep this at your door step. Secondly while installation AC technician said i am not comfortable to come on your preferable time. He said i will arrange someone else on next day. Then he said i can come next day but not as per your timing i do have my owner work. They arranged other technician when i called him he is not responding properly. I would suggest never buy any product from Croma because they simply says we will provide you service , however at the time of service they not even respond.
