I recently purchased sarees worth over ₹9,000 from your store, along with a few additional items. However, I needed to exchange them for some reason and visited the store again. Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. I had to wait for over 15 minutes, and even after that, no one showed any interest in helping us. I approached another staff member and asked for assistance three times, but he completely ignored me. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff was truly unexpected. While your saree collection might be good, there is absolutely no sense of customer service or courtesy in your store. A good product alone is not enough — respectful and attentive customer service is equally important. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and steps are taken to improve the customer experience.

Sarees shop for females... Deff Selections are there in selection but not much.. south Indian saree you will get very few, prices are a bit expensive and there is no discount. The staff is good . It's near Bhandup railway station, parking is a bit difficult to find.
