I purchased a kurta for my sister’s wedding from Jalaram Store in Bhandup. During the purchase, I clearly told the salesperson multiple times that I needed size 36, but he still gave me size 38 and insisted that I could get it altered by a tailor. After getting it altered, the fitting became worse and the design was affected. The next day, I visited the store to request an exchange, but they refused. This was very disappointing because I had clearly communicated my size requirement before buying. Also, the salesperson’s behavior was not professional and lacked basic customer service skills. Only the shop owner spoke politely and handled the situation well. Even after being a repeat customer, I did not feel respected or valued. Overall, a very disappointing experience. FRAUD AND SCAMMER THEY JUST RUIN MY SISTER WEDDING EXPERIENCE

I Prefer buying cloths from this shop over zudio and westside or dmart clothing stuffs. Since the shop provide good quality product at reasonable price. Didn't felt regret till today being a customer of this shop. Also staff are polite and funny 😄as well. To conclude Some offline shops are beast in their quality and price ! ❤️
