If possible, I would have given negative rating for these guys. Just got my car back from service. The only aim they have is extract money from customers. Customer satisfaction is nowhere on the radar. Better to take your car elsewhere for service. On top of that, after posting the review I galet thr most stupid response that I need to record my feedback elsewhere!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the recent service of my vehicle at the Honda service centre in Kalina. Approximately one month ago, I brought my car in for a technical issue. Your team initially diagnosed the problem as a faulty accelerator pedal. However, after the replacement, the same issue recurred within two days. Upon returning, my car was kept for 15 to 20 days before I was informed that the actual issue was with the ECM. It is unacceptable that it took nearly a month to correctly diagnose the problem. Furthermore, when I arrived to collect my car, I discovered several scratches on the bonnet that were not present previously. Although your team took photographs of the damage, I have yet to receive an update regarding repairs. I have been in contact with Asif, Mamta, and Prashant, but they have been unresponsive to my queries, repeatedly stating they need "approvals" and promising updates that never arrive. This entire experience has been highly frustrating and unprofessional. I am now seriously reconsidering whether I will use this service centre in the future. I expect a prompt response regarding the resolution of the damage to my car and an explanation for the significant delays and lack of communication.
