From the dry start phase to flooding the tank and finally adding the fish, the whole journey felt special and Zayd was there with me through every step of it. He didn’t just help, he taught me. He explained everything patiently, shared so many useful tips, and made the entire process feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Zayd is an incredibly care person and business owner, who feels deeply for animals and the work he does. More importantly, client relationships are of utmost value to him. He remembered me years later, almost a decade after we had bought two cockatiels from him, and he was very helpful with any and all questions. Frankly, in all of Mumbai, I don't think I have come across a more compassionate pet and animal-related business person. I know he's now moved onto aquatic work from work with more species, but he's someone I hope to have a long relationship with. If you or anyone you know want an animal expert along with a wonderful human being, I recommend working with Zayd and The Scapist.
