We’ve been regular visitors to Donna Deli and have always appreciated the good food and prompt service earlier. That consistency is what made us keep coming back. However, over our last two visits, the experience has not been the same. The food quality didn’t match what we were used to, and the service took much longer than expected, with a wait time of over 30 minutes. There also appeared to be some lack of coordination between the order-taking and the kitchen, which led to part of our order being missed. The staff were courteous and seemed to be doing their best, so this is not a complaint about their attitude or effort. It felt more like operational gaps that need attention. It’s disappointing to see a place we genuinely like going through this phase, and we truly hope the management addresses these concerns and restores Donna Deli to its earlier standard.

We visited this place during our trip to Mumbai, and I must say it’s beautifully designed with great aesthetic vibes. The service was quick and impressive, and the pizza we tried was absolutely delicious. Definitely a place I’d recommend

Donna Deli has a few solid staples that keep pulling me back — the Rigatoni Ala Vodka and the Chili Dimsums are absolute classics and definite go-tos. The pasta is a bit creamier than I personally prefer, but a touch of chili oil usually brings it right where I want it. Their sushi is okay, nothing standout, and the iced tea can be a hit or a miss depending on the day. The servers are always willing to get it replaced until it is of liking. Desserts are decent as well — not mind-blowing, but satisfying enough to finish the meal on a good note. Overall, it’s a place with a couple of reliable favourites, even if not everything on the menu is consistent.
