Updated for accuracy: Better late than never, cos i wish somwone had told me. Tried these at lil flea last year (not this year) and even though i was really hungry (and even the lamest thing should have tasted great) they were strictly ok if you've eaten good tarts before. I think even a simple place like Andorra does better tarts (Its possible the rude little girls they hired for the counter left a bad taste in my month but nah a good tart is a good tart n these were just ok..not terrible, not great).

I had the chance to sample a wide flight of their flavors:- Lemon, Belgian Chocolate, Nutella, Belgian Strawberry, and Vanilla. Across the board, the flavor profiles are genuinely good, but the execution struggles significantly with moisture content. Structurally, the bakes look great, but the actual mouthfeel is incredibly dry. You will absolutely need to have a water bottle on hand to comfortably get through them! ​Despite that textural setback, the sensory experience isn't a total loss. I highly recommend ordering the Belgian Chocolate or the Belgian Strawberry. The richness of the chocolate and the distinct fruit notes in the strawberry help balance out the dry crumb structure, making them much more forgiving. They are genuinely good tarts, just make sure you come prepared with hydration!
