I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience...
I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience with this doctor. During my visit, my previous doctor, happened to be there, and I ended up overhearing a conversation where my current doctor shared my medical details with him without my consent. They thought I had already left, but I had stepped out and come back, which is when I heard them talking about me, including the medicines I was given earlier and what I’m currently taking. What made it worse was how openly this was discussed, with no regard for my privacy at all. As a patient, I expect my medical information to be kept confidential. This completely broke my trust. Patient privacy should be taken seriously, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

He performed my 81 year old grandmother’s polyp surgery, and the entire experience—from consultation to post-operative care—was handled with the utmost professionalism and precision. He took the time to patiently answer all our questions, no matter how small, and made sure we felt completely informed and comfortable throughout the process. That level of empathy and clarity is rare and deeply appreciated, especially in stressful situations involving a loved one. The surgery itself was carried out flawlessly, and my grandmother’s recovery has been smooth and reassuring. Has no value for time of patients, came 1.5 hrs late without any intimation to patients. Very uncouth person,made unwanted comments about my body, I had gone with a specific ear problem. I will question his competence. Bad experience.
