Hands down the worst post office experience I’ve ever had — and this was my second time dealing with the same nonsense. The lady at the counter behaves like customers are beneath her. First visit, she forced me to open my already packed parcel for absolutely no reason. The prohibited items board is right outside, but she still acts like everyone is trying to smuggle something. It felt more like she wanted to show authority than follow any rule. Today was next-level ridiculous. Counter timing is till 2:00 PM. I was there from 1:15 PM, finished everything by 1:55 PM. When I went to the counter, she randomly decided it was “closed.” It wasn’t even 2:00 PM. When I questioned her, she started shouting like she’s doing the world’s toughest job. Completely unprofessional behaviour. Because of her attitude, I had to shift to another counter and waste an extra 45 minutes. No value for people’s time, no basic courtesy, nothing. This place is also horribly understaffed — one person is doing a job meant for two, and on top of that the one person who IS there acts like she’s doing charity by just existing. Government services themselves are reliable, but staff like this destroy the entire experience. Horrible attitude, horrible work ethic, horrible customer service.
