Established in 1970, Janata Book Centre was started by Late.Khimji Lalji Chheda which specialized in school and college books along with school and office stationery. Later in 1988 Mr.Ashok Khimji Chheda s/o Khimji Lalji Chheda joined the family business and introduced a range of fine art and craft materials. As the demand for fine art materials increased, slowly we started to focus on the fine art range. Now we specialise in Fine Art, Architectural, Interior, Jewellery, Fashion Designing Materials, School & Office Stationery. Now the store is also known as “Janata Stationery & Art" Soon Mr. Chheda inaugurated another store for All types of Papers & Craft Materials known as "Veerat Paper Bazar"
