Wanted to ship my bike. Was intimated that it would be picked up from home and door delivered at destination. It was also committed that bike will go in special carrier with other bikes or cars and not with other goods. Be wary of the quote being without gst n service charges.... which was in fine print.After bike was handed over they sent the invoice which was 20% higher. I was already late to do any changes, so had to agree. Then they asked me to deliver the bike, what happened to door pickup. Same story at destination.... no door delivery, and I will have to pick it up. When questioned, they said, we don't offer that service. Damaged were visible even before the bike was unwrapped. Side indicator broken, handle bar bent and ends dented and scraped. Fuel tank dented, led lights mounts broken on both side. Side stand was bent to such an extent that definitely more than 500 kgs was placed on tank and bike transported in side stand So if you love your bike, avoid this transporter.
